What is the return policy?
Due to the mystery nature of these items, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days with photos — I’ll do my best to make it right! 💕
What is in a mystery box?
Each scoop or box is uniquely curated so no two are exactly alike! Items may include stationery, accessories, and small aesthetic treasures.
When will I get my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing! Once your box is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Can I get an order packing video?
Due to the overwhelming support and number of orders, packing videos will now be add-ons! Add the personalized packing video add-on into your cart with your bundle and we will film, edit, and post your order on our socials!
How much does shipping cost? And is international shipping available?
US Shipping is a flat fee of $5.99, but you get FREE shipping for any orders over $40.
I currently do not offer international shipping, but will try and ship internationally soon!
Can I request certain colors?
If you do want to request a certain color for your order, please leave a note when you order. I cannot promise that I will have everything in your chosen color, but I will do my best!
